Natural Super Kids is a thriving online business specialising in children's health. We offer inspiration and support to help busy mums raise healthy and happy kids. We are passionate about empowering mums with complementary and holistic treatment for their families health issues and concerns. We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care & Growth Coordinator to join Natural Super Kids in a virtual role so you can be based anywhere in Australia.

Jess is based in South Australia, however the team is spread throughout Australia and beyond, connecting virtually. You will be working remotely from home, with regular interaction with Jess and other members of the team.

About the Role

This role is all about nurturing our beautiful community while helping us grow and thrive. You’ll be the warm, organised and proactive go-to person supporting our members and team across a variety of key areas. Your days will be varied and meaningful—from replying to emails and supporting members in our KLUB Facebook group, to helping manage practitioner calendars, sending newsletters, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Managing the Natural Super Kids inbox and respond to customer and member emails.
  • Ensuring all membership and customer queries are handled with warmth and care
  • Writing engaging emails for our email list

Member Engagement & Retention

  • Creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment in our online KLUB Facebook group
  • Organising member perks, challenges, and engagement initiatives within the KLUB
  • Answering member questions and provide relevant resources to support their journey
  • Maintaining a strong focus on member retention through proactive communication and community care

Team & Practitioner Support

  • Managing practitioner calendars and support them with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating team projects and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Taking initiative and ownership of tasks that support overall member satisfaction and team operations

Marketing & Growth

  • Supporting online marketing campaigns and launch-related tasks and projects
  • Identifying and managing opportunities for business collaborations and partnerships

You’ll be a great fit if you…

  • Have an interest in children’s health, natural medicine, or holistic wellness – this role is perfect for a naturopathy student, new graduate, or a non-practicing naturopath looking to use their skills in a meaningful way outside of the clinic. There may also be opportunities to step into clinical work within our online clinic in the future, for the right person.
  • Have experience in customer support and/or online community management (bonus points if you’ve worked in a membership-based business, health practice, or medical clinic)
  • Are exceptionally organised, with great time management skills and a proactive approach to staying on top of communication and tasks
  • Are a confident and clear communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Are friendly, warm, and empathetic — you genuinely care about supporting people and creating a positive online space
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and love making things more efficient and effective
  • Are self-motivated, reliable, and take pride in being punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Are a team player who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment
  • Are tech-savvy and confident using tools like Gmail, Facebook Groups, Google Drive, and project management software (we use Asana)
  • Are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a business you’re passionate about – we’re open to applicants with other work or business commitments, as long as there’s no conflict of interest (for example, running your own clinic alongside this role wouldn’t be the right fit)

Role Structure & Flexibility

  • This role can be offered as a permanent part-time position with superannuation and paid annual leave, or as a contractor role depending on the applicant’s circumstances and preference.
  • Starts at 8–10 hours per week, with plenty of opportunity for growth for the right person

  • Flexible working days and hours, ideally spread across 3–4 days per week with regular team check-ins

  • This is a virtual role – you can be based anywhere in Australia

  • You’ll need a private home office setup, including your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
