Natural Super Kids is a thriving online business specialising in children's health. We offer inspiration and support to help busy mums raise healthy and happy kids. We are passionate about empowering mums with complementary and holistic treatment for their families health issues and concerns. We have an exciting opportunity for a Naturopath or Nutritionist + Community Manager to join Natural Super Kids in a virtual role so you can be based anywhere in Australia.

Jess is based in South Australia, however the team is spread throughout Australia and beyond, connecting virtually. You will be working remotely from home, with regular interaction with Jess and other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting Practitioner

  • Online consultations from your own home or office;
  • Develop treatment plans, evaluation and documentation to support clients achieve their health goals;
  • Refer for functional pathology testing as required;
  • Answer questions and provide naturopathic/nutrition support for our KLUB members online;
  • Create educational content including handouts, video presentations and social media content ideas on specific subjects related to kid's health;
  • Create marketing ideas and take part in marketing activities such as Instagram stories and podcast episodes to promote our online clinic and attract new clients;
  • Customer service and admin tasks such as emailing clients, ensuring payment of consults and using software such as Acuity, Zoom, Canva and Asana;
  • Take responsibility for any tasks required to assure optimum client and member satisfaction.

Customer Support & Community Management

  • Manage the Natural Super Kids inbox and reply to emails;
  • Ensure all membership queries and emails are responded to;
  • Support our members online in our KLUB Facebook group;
  • Schedule appointments & meetings for Jess;
  • Manage our team of practitioners' calendars in Acuity;
  • Write our weekly newsletters
  • Design content in Canva, if and when required;
  • Organise perks and challenges for our members in the Facebook group;
  • Create a positive and engaging environment in our online community;
  • Member retention with a strong focus on providing resources, answering members questions and creating a supportive online community;
  • Take responsibility for any tasks required to assure optimum customer and member satisfaction;

Professional REQUIREMENTs:

  • Qualified Naturopath or Clinical Nutritionist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience;
  • Must have current registration and valid insurance;
  • Passionate about Children's health;
  • Interest in women's health;
  • Clinical experience treating allergies and intolerances, eczema, immune, gut, mood and behavioural issues in children preferred;
  • Experience in customer support and/ or community management;
  • Writing skills and experience preferred;
  • Experience using software such as WordPress, Ontraport, Canva, ManyChat, Facebook Business Suite and Acuity (or similar)
  • Computer literate and Tech savvy 
  • You're NOT someone looking to start or already has their own business. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to our business for the long term.

role structure:

  • This role will commence at 20-25 hours per week, with plenty of scope for growth and up to full-time hours for the right person.
  • Permanent part-time position with Super & paid annual leave
  • Flexible working days and times but must be able to offer consultations 2 days a week (preferably Wednesdays + Fridays but this is negotiable)
  • This is a virtual role so you can be based anywhere in Australia.
  • Home-based - must have your own private office, laptop and reliable internet connection.
